At First Presbyterian Church (ECO) of Punta Gorda, we seek to be flourishing disciples who are LOVING God and others while GROWING in our service to others and in understanding of His Word, the Bible, and GOING into His world with the Good News of Jesus' saving love for all and being His loving presence to those in need both locally and globally, all IN JESUS' NAME! This is our vision. We strive to fulfill it with inspiring worship, deepening fellowship, growing discipleship, Spirit-filled service and dedication to sharing the Good News of salvation in Jesus Christ. ABOUT FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (ECO) OF PUNTA GORDA

Located in beautiful Punta Gorda, First Presbyterian Church of Punta Gorda is an historic church with a 21st Century vision to reach out into her community with the love of Jesus, seeking to touch the lives of many with His power to give purpose and meaning to life. Our focus is fulfilling the purposes of God for His church through: 
1) Worshipping God and from that worship; 
2) Loving each other and all who enter our community of faith with Christ's love; 
3) Helping each other grow in our knowledge of Jesus and God's will through Bible study and Christian Education; 
4) Unleashing each person's gifts for service in our church and in the community; and 
5) Taking Jesus' message of love to a hurting and lost world, both in Punta Gorda and into the whole world.
